Levitate, a Raleigh-based creator of a SaaS happiness platform, has secured $14 million in financing.
The funding round, which increased the total amount raised to $40 million, was led by Bull City Venture Partners and included participation from Tippet Partners, Protagonist, Duke Capital Partners, The Tweener Fund, Levitate CEO Jesse Lipson, and over 60 additional entrepreneurs such as Mark Templeton, Joe Colopy, Chaz Felix, and Aaron Houghton.
The company plans to use the capital to boost the growth of its platform, specifically designed for relationship-based businesses.
Established in 2017, Levitate assists relationship-based enterprises in maintaining genuine connections with clients, referral sources, and prospects. The Happiness Platform enables users to send customized, large-scale emails, post on social media, communicate with clients via text, distribute surveys, gather reviews, schedule meetings, remember essential details about contacts, and achieve business objectives through a personalized approach.
With this latest investment round, Levitate is unveiling its AI Assistant, a tool that aids customers in composing, rephrasing, and editing emails and social media posts. The AI Assistant can also translate content into 10 different languages, catering to clients with multilingual customer bases.
