Mavenir, a Richardson, TX-based company specializing in cloud-native network software, has secured $100M in funding.
The investment round was spearheaded by Siris and saw participation from two key strategic ecosystem partners.
With plans to use the funds to support its innovation-driven strategy, Mavenir aims to facilitate the digitization of telecommunication networks with cloud-native applications such as IMS, Converged Packet Core, and Open RAN.

The company is dedicated to expediting software network transformation for over 250 Communications Service Providers across more than 120 countries.
