Sourcepass, an IT Services and Cybersecurity provider based in East Northport, NY, has secured an additional $65M in financing.
This round elevates the total funding to $135M, with Metropolitan Partners Group, a New York City-based private investment firm, being a significant contributor to Sourcepass’ funding.
Sourcepass aims to utilize the funds to achieve its strategic goals, which include the acquisition of Proxios. This move will extend their geographical reach in the mid-Atlantic region and diversify their clientele across healthcare, legal, and non-profit sectors.
Under the leadership of CEO and Founder Chuck Canton, Sourcepass provides IT services and cybersecurity solutions. In 2023, the company unveiled Quest, an advanced AI-driven consumption platform. Furthermore, Sourcepass intends to continue expanding through a series of strategic acquisitions throughout the year, targeting growth in their industry sectors and enhancing their range of services and human capital.
