The Real Brokerage Inc. (TSX: REAX) (NASDAQ: REAX), a rapidly expanding publicly traded real estate brokerage, unveiled its plans to incorporate GPT technology in developing Leo, an AI-driven assistant designed for seamless integration with its exclusive transaction management platform, reZEN. This innovative assistant aims to provide round-the-clock support to agents and brokers across the U.S. and Canada.
Utilizing the extensive personal and transaction data that reZEN already possesses, Leo will be capable of addressing specific, individual inquiries instantly. Moreover, it will be designed to comprehend intricate questions, deliver accurate replies, and learn from each interaction, thereby continually enhancing its assistance capabilities. Leo will also be tailored to each agent, ensuring a deep understanding of their distinct requirements and working preferences. This customized approach guarantees agents receive the exact support they need, precisely when they need it, streamlining their work and increasing efficiency.
CTO Pritesh Damani expressed excitement at the potential of Leo to augment agents’ work, stating that the combination of reZEN’s data and the AI assistant’s advanced capabilities will better equip agents to serve clients and attain their objectives.
Leo, envisioned as a personalized digital helper for Real’s agents, is set to enter beta testing later this quarter. It will be able to address questions concerning an agent’s professional details, past and current transactions, equity programs, events, revenue sharing, commissions, and financial matters. Additionally, Leo will enhance operational efficiency by reducing the volume of requests directed to Real’s Customer Support function.
The Real Brokerage’s exclusive transaction management platform, reZEN, was created from scratch, allowing agents to oversee entire real estate transactions via their smartphones. This grants them increased control over transaction experiences, such as commission payments and advances, form submission and modification, brokerage equity, and more. Leo’s introduction adds a personalized search feature based on each agent’s transaction and personal data history.
