St. Petersburg-based 3D Cloud by Marxent, a leading provider of 3D product experience platforms for the furniture and home improvement retail sector, has raised $7.5 million in Series D funding. This investment, led by Arnie Bellini and featuring additional backing from Lee Arnold, raises the company’s valuation to over $135 million.
The newly acquired funds will be used to open the 3D Cloud platform to independent interior designers and professionals, as well as to develop innovative features such as AI-powered design automation, LiDAR room scanning integration, and self-service options. CEO Beck Besecker’s platform enables the creation, management, and publishing of 3D content across various applications from a single source, including 3D product configurators, 360 product spins, WebAR, Augmented Reality retail apps, and Virtual Reality retail apps.
Marxent’s prestigious clientele includes industry giants like Kingfisher plc, Macy’s, Ashley, La-Z-Boy, and John Lewis and Partners. The company maintains offices in Miamisburg, St. Petersburg, London, and Auckland.
