Enterprise software firms are swiftly incorporating generative AI into their offerings. The recent surge of interest in large language models, such as those developed by OpenAI and Anthropic, has motivated companies of all sizes to integrate the technology into their products and services.
Numerous headlines have already highlighted these developments: Slack is developing AI tools, Anthropic is crafting its own LLM for use within corporate chat services, Box and Ada are both utilizing generative AI technology, and Microsoft’s Bing recently opened its chat product to the public. The corporate world is abuzz with enthusiasm for this innovative approach to user-software interaction and user-driven creativity, with more examples appearing regularly.
During a recent earnings call, HubSpot CEO Yamini Rangan shared her belief that generative AI will “rapidly” transform the business landscape. Rangan explained that HubSpot is well-positioned to benefit from generative AI’s ability to expedite work, thanks to its “unique data and broad distribution,” as well as its central role in “customers’ workflows.”
