PermitFlow, a San Jose, CA-based company specializing in construction permit application and management software for builders and owners, has successfully raised $5.5 million in Seed funding. Initialized Capital led the funding round, with contributions from industry leaders such as PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, Thumbtack, Opendoor, Zillow, and Mighty Buildings.

Moving forward, PermitFlow will focus on enhancing its customers’ permitting experience through increased automation and integration with other platforms. Additionally, the company plans to develop add-on software and support services to address a wider range of permitting-related needs. With the backing of prominent industry players, PermitFlow is poised to revolutionize the construction permit application and management landscape.
