RX3 Growth Partners, a talent-backed consumer growth equity firm based in Newport Beach, California, has successfully closed its second fund at nearly $150 million.
The second fund has attracted a diverse array of influential celebrities and athletes as Limited Partners, including Christina Aguilera, Colson Baker (Machine Gun Kelly), Jared Goff, Josh Allen, Josh Duhamel, Marshmello, Michael Phelps, Miles Teller, and Thomas Rhett, among others. Prominent advisors such as Vanessa Hudgens and Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat Ventures also support Fund II.
RX3 Growth Partners was co-founded by four-time NFL MVP, Super Bowl Champion, and new NY Jets Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, alongside General Partner Nate Raabe, Managing Partner, and Byron Roth, Executive Chairman of ROTH MKM. The firm seeks out a combination of growth and later-stage investment opportunities in the consumer market, where RX3 partners and investors can contribute more than just capital.
