IBM has announced its plans to strengthen its long-standing partnership with Adobe, aiming to assist brands in accelerating their content supply chains with the implementation of advanced AI technologies. This collaboration will leverage Adobe Sensei GenAI services and Adobe Firefly (currently in beta), which are part of Adobe’s creative generative AI models.
Drawing on IBM’s extensive experience in AI, the company’s consulting arm is launching a new portfolio of Adobe consulting services. These services will help clients navigate the complex landscape of generative AI, combining innovation, technology, and design to digitally transform customer interactions. By utilizing Adobe’s AI-accelerated Content Supply Chain solution and IBM Consulting services, the partners can support clients in building an integrated content supply chain ecosystem. This ecosystem will foster collaboration, optimize creativity, increase efficiency, automate tasks, and provide stakeholders with enhanced visibility across design and creative projects.
Enterprise customers of Adobe will have access to the expertise of IBM Consulting, including its team of 21,000 data, AI, and experience consultants. These experts will assist in effectively implementing generative AI models for the design and creative process. Specifically, they will leverage Adobe’s Firefly, which focuses on generating images and text effects, as well as Sensei GenAI services. The latter serves as a co-pilot for marketers embedded within Adobe’s enterprise applications, simplifying marketing workflows and boosting productivity.
The development of these new consulting services builds upon IBM’s own marketing transformation journey. IBM is actively collaborating with Adobe to enhance the management of its marketing team’s work processes. With over two decades of partnership, IBM and Adobe have cultivated a strategic alliance that encompasses technology and services. This includes Adobe’s adoption of Red Hat Open Shift, IBM AI, and Sterling software. Additionally, IBM Consulting currently holds a leading position in the market for Adobe technology certifications.
Through this expanded partnership, IBM and Adobe aim to empower brands to embrace AI-powered content supply chains, revolutionizing the way they create and deliver engaging experiences to their customers. By combining the strengths of both companies, they strive to drive digital transformation and enable businesses to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and competitive landscape.
